Nordic Walking

Join thousands of others who regularly exercise and discover the benefits of this very social sport. The following clubs and businesses offer training and regular classes:

  • Personal Trainer Cheryl McGlynn of Bodyperfect Fitness Training provides FREE taster sessions and evening and daytime lessons in the Hamble area.

  • Denise Paice of Feel Good Therapies is a Sports Therapist who offers week day, week ends and evening classes in the Waterlooville area.
